Green legacy for the world. Rooted in Hyderabad.
A seed planted during the Green Revolution, Gromor Food Nursery was established in 1966 by the late Sri Anantram Satyarthy in Purnia, Bihar. His sons Raman and Praveen Satyarthy would later bring GFN into Hyderabad, where a rosy new chapter would blossom at Vantimamidi.
From humble beginnings to global influence, GFN’s journey has been a thesis on sustainability, community, economic empowerment, and environmental conservation, where traditional agricultural practices intertwine with the latest advancements in horticulture. In a rapidly expanding world, Gromor is taking time to have discussions about the responsible use of innovative horticultural techniques, about how science helps us keep tabs on environmental well-being. At the root of it, GFN is a way of life in harmony with nature, where modernity supports tradition without compromising on sustainable practices.
With Abhijeet and Eshwar Satyarthy at the helm today, the third generation at GFN knows exactly what it takes to grow more. From pushing carts of roses to now rearing the rarest species from around the globe, Gromor is taking charge of yet another horticultural revolution in the making.
